Tell us which device you're playing on (iPhone, iPad or Mac, and its iOS, iPadOS or macOS version), the game's version (at the bottom of the title screen), and what happened. A screenshot helps. We answer every email, usually within two working days.
Questions
- How do I play with a friend?
- Connect a second game controller, then press its Menu button (Start on most controllers) at a mission's briefing or during a mission. A second operative joins you on the same screen. The two of you share the squad's lives, cash and rescued prisoners.
- Which controllers work?
- Any game controller your iPhone, iPad or Mac supports, such as Xbox and PlayStation wireless controllers. On a Mac you can also play with a keyboard and mouse, and on iPhone and iPad with touch controls.
- Can I change the controls?
- Yes. In Options, open Controls to remap keys and controller buttons.
- Where's my progress saved?
- The game saves on your device as you play. If you're signed in to iCloud, your progress also syncs between your iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to the same Apple Account.
- How do I start over?
- Choose New Game on the title screen. It asks before it erases your save, on all your devices if your progress syncs through iCloud, and then you pick a difficulty.
- Can I change the difficulty?
- Yes, in Options, any time: Easy, Normal or 1987 Arcade. A mission plays at the difficulty it started with.
- What accessibility options are there?
- In Options, Accessibility has aim assist, screen shake and flash settings, high-contrast enemy shots and a left-handed touch layout.
- Which languages is it in?
- English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. It starts in your device's language; you can change it in Options.
- Does it need the internet, show ads or sell anything?
- No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases, and you can play without an internet connection.
